I first discovered Foundever in 2018, on the verge of opening the Brasov site in Romania. I didn’t know much about the company then and I wasn’t truly interested in leaving the company I was working for at that time, but the way Teodora Voila (the Recruitment manager back then) presented the company and the structure of the interview and testing process really impressed me. I received at that point a great offer to join the Recruitment team, but destiny had other plans for me.

My journey started one year later in the Human Resources team, after more than 4 years of experience in Recruitment and Training field.

Needless to say, I was more than welcomed within the company by all of my colleagues and especially by my manager Bogdan Bucur, who is an inspiration for me and guided me all the way by helping me discover my strengths.

Currently, I hold the role of HRBP at Foundever Romania for more than 3 years and a half, with a mission to ensure effective collaboration between management and the company’s teams, aligning the human resources strategy with the overall organizational objectives.

I appreciate that my role is not a fixed or a rigid one but one that adapts to the needs of the company and helps me grow in my area of expertise, so I’m very grateful to the company for supporting my professional growth and overcoming any challenges presented.
