Adriana Molero

Hey my name is Adriana, I am 26 years old, I am a professional in psychology and I am from Venezuela and I have lived in Colombia for a little more than 3 years.

My journey at Foundever started at a very difficult time in my life, I needed a job and I was rejected from too many places before.

I found Foundever through a Facebook post where they were inviting people to their open house, I didn’t think about it twice to attend. I was fortunate enough to pass all the requirements and in the next two days they called me to give me the good news that I was selected as a bilingual agent for a chat campaign.

Throughout my entire career as an agent, I had the opportunity to be a mentor and also help as a backup coach. Then I applied for an internal position as a Recruiter Track Trainee and then after 6 months I applied as a certified recruiter. Right now I have been working with Foundever for two years, I consider this place my second home and I am grateful for the incredible growth opportunities they have not just for me but for everyone.
