Camilla Jørgensen

I joined Foundever in May 2021. Since then, I’ve moved from Agent → Supervisor → Engagement Specialist (my current – and favourite – role).

I originally applied for a different team, but as a solo parent of two boys (now 9 and 13), I needed flexible hours. One department could offer that – 32 hours a week, and working hours that fit real life.

I was hired without even meeting the supervisor. 1.5 years later, he offered me a specialist role. Another 1.5 years – I became supervisor. Six months after that, he pitched me as Denmark’s Engagement Specialist. Luckily, leadership agreed.

Foundever has always met me where I was – whether I needed to work from home or increase my hours. I’ve felt seen and supported.

I once got a matching tattoo with a colleague after just six months of working together. That says a lot about the people here.

I’m finally in the right role – and excited to see what the future holds.
