“Empower Humans. Enhance Brands.” A great tagline to represent the company. The concept of it speaks to everyone as a whole, and it is the first time I witness a company who truly makes it happen. So, here I am, to share my experience with the company.

To begin with, I wasn’t expecting to be hired in this company and was skeptical (at first) to apply due to other’s perceptions of the company. I didn’t let their reviews or opinions hinder me in applying to Foundever. I’ve been part of Foundever since November 2018, and I know it is a short time to share my thoughts about the whole company. I am grateful to this company for showing me and introducing me to their core values—be bold, build trust, work together, and ‘WOW’ customers. I will not explain all four core values, but rather discuss it as one. All four core values work together, and this is the reason for Foundever’s global success. Also, as an employee, I always make sure to apply all core values to myself. It did not just help me be successful—it helped me provide exceptional customer service to our customers and comply with our client’s goal. After all, the thing I love most about the company is its employee engagement—’People First’. Foundever treats all its employees as a family and provides everything they can give to their employees as a reward for being with the company.

To sum it up, Foundever is the go-to company if you are looking for a place where your worth is recognized and valued. I am honored to be part of this growing company and beyond grateful for its one-of-a-kind commitment to making sure its employees achieve greatness. Lastly, I want to end my writing with a quote from Anne M. Mulcahy, “Employees who believe that management is concerned about them as a whole person – not just an employee – are more productive, more satisfied, more fulfilled. Satisfied employees mean satisfied customers, which leads to profitability.”
