I started in Foundever as an agent in January 2017. After 4 month I got the position as a quality analyst and trainer – I really enjoyed it. Last year in September I decided to travel further and only stay 2 years in another country. So I moved to Cyprus. But I got homesick for the first time. So I came back in April, started with another BPO. In the first week back in Lisbon, I met some colleagues from Foundever, they begged me to come back. At first, I refused but then I went to the interview and came back as a Trainer and quality manager. And it was a really good decision, as it felt like being back at home.
