My name is Allison, I started in Foundever back in June 2019 as part of the FLIP Program, since the beginning I felt like I was part of a family, I felt comfortable, it was more of what I expected. Foundever is not Just a workplace, Foundever is a family, is a place where I can feel valuable as an employee and as a Human being, which I thought it was Just a temporary job it became into my second home, where I feel supported and where I’m able to learn every single day. That is the mensaje that I would like to transmit as a MAXInsider so everyone can feel the same and develop the best version of themselves, I love being part of Foundever!
