As a woman of Foundever, I love that I am encouraged to perform at my best without hesitation or fear of being judged. It is comforting to know that a company focuses on the knowledge and skills of its employees and builds a gender-diverse community within the workplace.
I choose to be an inspiration to other women. As stated by Jose Rizal, our children are the hope of the motherland. I believe that behind every strong, passionate and dedicated woman is another woman with confidence, compassion and will.
