Back on last year I had a dream, it was to become part of the Foundever family, not just because of the money but for the amazing opportunities that Foundever has such as schedule flexibility, growth opportunities and good job environment, besides those benefits, I was influenced for all good feedback I heard from people who have been working here. I decided to apply, unfortunately I got rejected, the recruitment team offered me the chance of joining the Flip program but for that time I was still studying English, so I decided not to take the opportunity and continued improving my English skills. I was very nervous to try again a apply one more time, thanks to a friend who referred me I did it again, I started my online process on the last days of January this year. And guess what??
Today I am here, I was persistent and did not give up. I got hired, I got my dream job and it is even better from what I imagined. I have found out that all people here support each other, here in Foundever they do not care if you do not have experience to do something, they train you and enhance you!
Since my first month I wanted to have the chance for becoming one member of the Max Insider team since I am very passionate about engagement activities and learning from others. Currently I am studying Marketing and I am looking forward for being part of the Marketing team some day, and I consider that being part of the Max Insider will help me to boost my abilities while I am helping and motivating others to excel their experiences.
