Arjo Principio

Hi, I’m Arjo, currently a Team Manager Track Trainee at Foundever, and here is my journey. I started at Foundever back on June 29, 2021, with the goal of finding a temporary job because it was the pandemic and I needed a source of income. Little did I know that I would enjoy working in the BPO industry due to its fast pace and the opportunities it offers its employees.

Around November of the same year, I applied as an apprentice, and luckily, I was able to pass the interview. I learned so much about the process and how the business works, thanks to my team manager. I was inspired and wanted to be like my team manager someday, so I applied for the CTT position but was declined the first time. After that, I took it as a challenge and focused on what I needed to improve. Fortunately, the second time, I passed the interview and began my journey as a Team Manager for my account. With the help of my OM, I am now in Phase 3 of my training and about to undergo certification.

The most important lesson I’ve learned is to always embrace change before you miss an opportunity. I’m looking forward to helping my agents and being part of their daily wins as they push for their potential.
