Catalina M.

When I first came here, I saw everyone being themselves but I was scared, because I consider myself weird. But I saw everyone doing the weird stuff I do and said to myself “This is a really cool environment, I don’t have to act like someone I’m not because I will be accepted, and If I’m not, it will affect my work and performance.” That’s how I consider myself #Bold.

I identify as Pansexual, which is beyond being bisexual which means being okay with either men or women. Being Pansexual goes beyond gender and appearance, it’s just liking someone because of who they are, not what they are or what they have, it’s having that connection with them and falling in love because of that. They can be whoever they want to be and as long as you feel something for them, that’s good enough. It’s kind of like blind love.

At Foundever, we don’t just promote diversity, we embrace it! In honor of International Pride Month, we’re celebrating our uniqueness by sharing stories of pride, inclusiveness and daring to be different.
