My life changed in a remarkable way on November 29, 2021. It was a day of surprises and new beginnings as I entered the premises of Foundever, marking my first venture into the BPO industry. Initially, I was apprehensive, having no prior knowledge of how the industry works. My lack of familiarity made it difficult to understand the vast vocabulary used by industry experts, especially during the initial PST days. I struggled at first, as English is not my primary language. However, I’m grateful to have found exceptional trainers and colleagues who extended a helping hand to help me overcome these hurdles. They continuously supported me in developing my skills and bringing out the best in me. Looking back, this experience has been exhilarating, and I have grown significantly, both personally and professionally.
My time in this role has instilled in me the importance of humility and the value of being a team player. As I work towards my goal of becoming a leader, I recognize that it is crucial to first meet the high standards set by the campaign and continually strive to maintain them. This journey has been made possible by the unwavering support of my colleagues, who surround me with positivity, and my mentors, who have tirelessly guided me toward success.
As a Coach Apprentice, I strive to empower and bring out the best in agents, just as my mentors did for me. My goal is to create future leaders who excel in providing top-notch customer service. I will humbly continue to develop my skills and knowledge with the help of Foundever, which makes everything possible.
