I Joined Foundever back on November 2019. When I started I was a customer service representative in a sales campaign. I had a lot of challenges but more importantly I had a lot of people supporting me to achieve my goals, after 6 months on the position I was able to apply and get into the Coach Track Trainee program in which I developed all my leadership skills and was able to understand all the possibilities and opportunities I can have working for Foundever. After 5 months I became an Official coach and I have not stopped learning all days something new from my team and also develop myself in different areas that has a lot to do with the empowerment of our associates.
Working from Foundever has been one of the best decisions I made. I have been able to achieve multiple goals personally and professionally. It has to come a lot with the strong team work we have within the company and how we can perfectly develop our skills with our colleagues. For me is very helpful to receive feedback and also use the feedback to grow emotionally or improve areas of opportunity which can help me lead by example in the future. I want to share with all the people the good and amazing opportunities I have received in Foundever.
