Cynthia Harris

I started working in the Foundever Starkville contact center in 2009 after retiring from the Navy after serving 22 years. I wanted to do something fun and exciting with people within a company that I would share my skills and knowledge. Foundever offered me that great opportunity where I was an agent connecting with customers that were genuine. I then accepted the role of becoming a Coach with some very good agents that made me feel proud of being their leader on several different campaigns. I want to continue my leadership and success at Foundever as far as I can go.
