My journey with Foundever began on January 8, 2024. At first, I was quite anxious because I had no prior experience in customer service. However, from day one, I was impressed by the support and kindness of the entire team. Throughout my first months, and even now, the Team Leaders and Manager have been there every step of the way, helping me grow and overcome my fears.

Foundever has truly facilitated my growth by providing continuous guidance and encouragement. The anxiety I initially felt slowly disappeared as I gained confidence and started believing in myself. The happiest moment for me was when I finally got to meet the whole team in person. That offline gathering brought us closer and made me feel truly part of something special.

One moment that inspired me deeply was when everyone around me encouraged me to become a better version of myself. I initially doubted my ability to take advantage of what the company offered, but the team’s support pushed me beyond my limits.

The most influential person in my journey has been my Team Leader. Their patience, guidance, and belief in me have made a huge difference. They have shown me what leadership and care look like, motivating me to grow professionally and personally.

I would describe my #FoundeverLife as the most important journey in becoming the best version of myself. This company makes a real impact by focusing on the human side of work — by valuing people and offering countless opportunities to learn and develop.

The little moments I appreciate the most are the morning team meetings where we get to see each other’s faces and connect. These simple interactions remind me daily that I am part of a supportive and caring community.
