Donna’s career in the BPO industry began back in 2014. Over the years, she witnessed firsthand the evolution of customer service, adapting and thriving in an ever-changing environment. Her resilience was particularly evident in 2020 when, amidst the global pandemic, Donna joined a campaign for a major retailer after being redeployed twice due to program closures. This marked the beginning of her outstanding tenure as the Top Performing Team Manager for SPCS at Foundever.

Donna’s reliability in delivering performance and her exceptional team management skills did not go unnoticed. She was entrusted with leading the first batch of full AC3 New Hire Classes. Her leadership played a crucial role in the successful implementation of the New Hire Curriculum, tailored specifically for the AC3 Tool, setting new hires on a path to success.

As if her plate wasn’t full enough, Donna took on another groundbreaking project—the first batch of Work At Home. She spearheaded the process, from filtering associates to piloting the project, handling asset logistics, and ensuring compliance with security checks. The project’s success led to Work At Home becoming a permanent option, opening doors to future expansion.

Despite her demanding work schedule, Donna also manages to be a supermom to her two daughters at home. Balancing work and family life with grace, she serves as a powerful role model, proving that it is possible to excel in both arenas. Her ability to be an effective mother to her agents at work and to her daughters at home is truly remarkable.
