Being in Foundever it has been the best experience I could’ve had. I’ve been in Foundever for almost a year now and it has given me growth opportunities that I never imagine, not only within the company but also personally. I know that becoming a MAX will help me to improve some skills I have not developed yet and will help me to guide me in how I can help my peers as well through the teamwork. I am very excited now and hopefully I’ll be part of MAX soon!
