Almost 4 years ago I started as a coach, my focus was on empowering team members, enhancing their skills, and fostering a collaborative environment. I learned the importance of active listening and effective communication, which became the bedrock of my coaching philosophy. During this time, I built strong relationships and began to understand the broader operations of the company.

Looking back, my journey at Foundever has been one of continuous learning and growth. From a coach to a campaign leader, each step taught me valuable lessons that shaped me into the leader I am today.
