In the dynamic world of Foundever, one name stands out as a testament to resilience, dedication, and the power of diversity—Gail. Since 2016, Gail has been a beacon of transformation, leading with heart, vision, and an unwavering commitment to inclusivity.

Gail’s journey with Foundever began at a time when she faced significant societal challenges. In 2016, while government offices in the Philippines were fraught with stigma and discrimination against trans women and crossdressers, Foundever emerged as a sanctuary of acceptance. Hearing of the company’s welcoming stance toward LGBTQIA+ members, Gail found the courage to embark on her career path with them.

From her very first day, Gail’s determination to excel shone brightly. In less than three years, she ascended the ranks to become one of the youngest Operations Managers in the company’s history. Her leadership skills, coupled with her innovative thinking, positioned her as the top operations manager in 2023—a milestone she continues to uphold with excellence into 2024.

Gail’s contributions to Foundever have been nothing short of transformative. She spearheaded critical projects that significantly boosted overall performance. Her leadership in the AC3 conversion project was pivotal, as her group became the first team to be part of this process change. Additionally, she played a key role in implementing the first successful Work-at-Home setup, which not only became a permanent fixture but also increased headcount. Further showcasing her strategic acumen, Gail supported the special project “Auto-Escalate,” aimed at addressing repeat contacts and enhancing customer service experiences. Her efforts in these projects underscore her exceptional ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver outstanding results.

Beyond her professional achievements, Gail’s creativity has left an indelible mark on the company culture. As one of the creative masterminds behind the inspiring and enjoyable presentations for ONE Foundever, she has created moments of joy and anticipation for everyone during the Prime and Peak seasons.

Gail’s impact extends beyond her role as an Operations Manager. As an active Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) ambassador, she leads DEI activities for the group, advocating for a more inclusive workplace. Her dedication to giving back is evident in her leadership of quarterly HIV testing initiatives for Pride members and allies, in partnership with Love Yourself, a non-profit organization supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.

Gail’s journey is a source of inspiration not only to the LGBTQIA+ community but to all who believe in the power of determination, passion, and perseverance. Her story reminds us that there is room for everyone in leadership roles, regardless of age, gender, or background. Through her efforts, Gail has uplifted her colleagues and fostered an environment where everyone can thrive.
