My journey with Foundever began in June 2018. From the very beginning, I had the intention of growing within the company, eager to embrace the opportunities that lay ahead. I started as an agent at a financial services provider, where I quickly discovered my passion for coaching.

During my time at this Operation, I had the chance to be a backup coach, which marked the beginning of my professional growth. Once the backup period concluded, I achieved my goal of being promoted to coach. This promotion was a moment of immense happiness for me, as it was something I had aspired to achieve for a long time but had not applied for in the past.

In addition to my work as a coach, I participated in the Max English program, which allowed me to change my contract and further enhance my language skills in a professional setting. This was an instrumental step in my career journey.

In January 2023, I transitioned to a Logistics Client campaign as a coach. This role provided me with a wealth of knowledge and experience in customer service, which was a new focus for me since my previous role was primarily in collections. The challenges I faced in this Operation allowed me to refine my skills and broaden my understanding of customer interactions.

Then, in January 2024, I made another significant move to an Online Food Delivery Client account, where I currently work. This experience has been incredibly rewarding, and I feel very comfortable and fulfilled in my role. Working for this Client has allowed me to leverage my coaching skills while contributing to a dynamic team dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Overall, my journey at Foundever has been nothing short of beautiful, marked by growth, learning, and invaluable experiences. Each day, I strive to continue my personal and professional development fueled by my passion for what I do and the desire to achieve even more in the future.
