When I graduated from college, I never planned to work in the BPO industry. But curiosity got the best of me—I wanted to see what it was like. I took a leap and joined Foundever as an agent, thinking it would be just an experience. What I discovered, however, was a workplace that fostered growth, support, and endless opportunities. I quickly realized that this was an industry where I could thrive, and I embraced every challenge with determination.

From the very beginning, Foundever believed in my potential. Within just a month in full production, I was recognized for my performance. Four months later, I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert (SME), and in another three months, I stepped into a Team Lead role. These milestones were not just personal wins but proof that hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed in this company.

To enhance my leadership skills, I earned a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification and am now preparing for my Yellow Belt. My Google Data Analytics certification has also played a crucial role in how I lead my team, helping me make informed, data-driven decisions.

One of my proudest contributions has been streamlining processes within our account. I developed custom reports tailored to different needs, making data more accessible and actionable. I also discovered ways to simplify and shorten existing workflows, eliminating unnecessary steps and improving overall efficiency. These improvements not only made tasks easier for my team but also enhanced our performance and productivity, proving that innovation starts with small changes that create a big impact.

Beyond professional achievements, one of the most valuable parts of my #FoundeverLife has been the genuine friendships I’ve built. My colleagues have been my mentors, challengers, and supporters. Whether it’s a simple conversation over coffee, celebrating small wins, or working through challenges together, these moments remind me that success is not just about career growth but also about the people who uplift and inspire us along the way.

Foundever’s culture of empowerment also inspired me to contribute beyond my role. I was able to publish a book focused on diversity and inclusion, aiming to create more inclusive and supportive workplaces. The values that Foundever upholds—believing in people, encouraging innovation, and embracing diversity—are the very values that shaped my book and my career.
