I began my journey within this company as a member of FLIP (Free Language Improvement Program) before getting hired for a campaign, due to my outstanding soft skills and customer approach I got transferred to another campaign in which the most required value was the connection and experience with customers, after 8 months of hard work taking calls I had the chance to become a mentor for new waves of associates having the opportunity to connect not only with customers, but mates as me, hence I got the position to become a coach apprentice learning how to lead and eagerly waiting for my time to grow. Such an amazing way to leave my mark within the company in which you can show your skills and get recognized for your own efforts, always thriving to provide excellence to every of our brands.
