Harry Esguerra

I joined the BPO Industry because of Foundever. April 4, 2008 when I was hired as Inbound Customer Service agent in an airline account. After a year I got promoted as an RTA then after a year I became a Coach on the same account. My previous bosses mentored me on how to become a goodmanager and effective leader. Then after 10 years in operations, I was given a chance to be part of Corporate team as PH Wide Engagement and Branding Lead. Looking back on my journey in Foundever I could say that this is my second home who supported and gave me chance to grow. I am proud to say that I really had a great Foundever life story of success which I believe can inspire others to work harder and achieve their goals in life!
