I embarked on my journey with Foundever in August 2023, and I must admit, there was a flutter of nerves about starting this new chapter, especially as the sole financial provider for my family. Now, looking back at my time here, I take immense pride in acknowledging that I am part of a remarkable work environment, surrounded by exceptionally talented supervisors. Being involved in Project River has been a transformative experience, equipping me with impeccable time management skills that have even enhanced my personal life. This role has instilled in me a heightened dedication to my work, and I am eager to continue on this trajectory of professional development at Foundever. Greetings, I am Jennifer Gonzales, and I have proudly been a part of the ONE Foundever family for four years. Allow me to share my story. Before joining this company, my life was filled with difficulties. As a proud farmer, the loss of my husband made it a challenge to raise our children and maintain a good harvest. To provide for my family, I had to sell my produce and snacks in various towns in Nueva Vizcaya. Even with my efforts, finances were tough, and I took a risk by leaving my children with relatives and moving to Baguio in search of better job opportunities. With a hopeful heart, I took several jobs until I heard about Foundever from a colleague. Determined to secure a job, I practiced and prepared for the interview, which proved to be an answered prayer when I was accepted. Foundever has transformed my life, providing a stable income that enabled me to reunite with my children and support my family. I am grateful to Foundever for changing my life and for the opportunity to grow with the company. Thank you, ONE Foundever.
