I started at Foundever when it was Sykes in 2012. At that time, I couldn’t secure the position I was looking for and sought employment opportunities elsewhere. Nonetheless, my desire has always been to work within what was then Sykes (now Foundever). Two years later, a friend referred me, and I was able to begin working on a finance account that is still operating within Foundever today.
Since 2014, I started as a customer service agent on the graveyard shift, and I worked this way for four years. That time prepared me for the moments that have profoundly marked my life. During my time at Foundever, I managed to cover the expenses for my wedding, as well as everything related to the passing of my mother. In both cases, I always had the support I needed, especially the time off I required in both situations.
In the last two years, I have worked toward a growth position as a trainer, and I have currently been notified that I will obtain the permanent position. I am always grateful for all the benefits I have received from being here.
