Hi everyone! My name is Jelena. I have been part of the Foundever family since November 2013. I am an agent responsible for the French line.
During my tenure as an agent, I have acquired and have continuously improved my skill set as I handle a variety of cases coming from different lines of business. This also helped me to develop my coaching and managing skills. I have been working on improving my communication skills daily, as I`m required to interact with different types of contact and customers from different business areas. Multitasking has always been a part of my everyday duties – and I love it!
At Foundever, I learn how to deal with stressful situations because working in customer service can be challenging mentally, physically and emotionally. I have very good work experience in this company. Foundever has an excellent professional and friendly environment and the thing I love the most are my colleagues, who became my second family.
