My history in this flawless company starts in 2022, when I was selected to be part of FLIP (Free Language Improvement Program). This meant a really valuable opportunity to grow within the company and achieve my dreams of working in English. FLIP was a dazzling chance for me to enrich and continue my learning journey in the English language, as well as to take my very first steps in Customer Service. FLIP 295 was conducted by Coach Miguel Espinoza, a distinguished human being and amazing person. He was always encouraging us to keep practicing and learning the English language. It was about time! I could connect and get along with cool people, such as Abrahan Sanchez, with whom my brother and I used to have our Jiu-Jitsu sessions in 2016 and part of 2017. Furthermore, there were Derlyn Pichardo, Kimberly Ruiz, Mia Salas, Katherine Caballero, Arellys, etc. Certainly, it was a unique and wonderful experience. I still keep pictures from the time when we first met on the site for the company tour.
Moving forward, I qualified for a Billing & Tech support project. I have been able to adjust to this outstanding environment & campaign thanks to my PC & Tech Skills. Throughout my learning journey, I have been able to learn, meditate & develop knowledge, technique & practice of the Customer Service, Billing & Tech Support. In terms of Tech Support for internet services, I cover aspects such as Upstream, Downstream, Stability of the service, Signal to Noise Ratio, Bandwidth, etc. Regarding cable services, I handle both regular cable connections using Coax Cable and IPTV standards. Additionally, I manage phone services, including phone features and troubleshooting. Furthermore, I address mobile services, such as calls, texts, mobile navigation, and troubleshooting.
Working with our client has been so outstanding & great. This is my very first job in customer service and tech support. My very first experience assisting customers with tech service issues & billing. Experience not only on the professional side, but on the personal side as well because of vast knowledge I gained & applied it to my personal life.
My first very team on Production was the Team Achmed Martinez. We were led by Achmed Martinez. An amazing and really knowledgeable coach. We were introduced as a Legacy LOB because we were providing support for previous generation equipment & billing. We currently still do that because there are customers in these situations but also we provide care, support & review to the current offers about Internet, IPTV & Billing.
Within the Production team, I have been able to meet wonderful people with whom I have built up bonds of professionalism, certain friendships & networking. For instance, with Coaches, Achmed Martinez, Holman Vanegas, Henry Zeledon, Ukarys Hurtado, Arturo Toledo, Ulises Casco, etc. Managers, Boris Cruz, Eliza Solorzano, Wendy Martinez, Andrea Siezar, Dilleny Espinal, Mariam Alegría, etc. Learning Specialists, such as Yasser Solis, Luis “Bear” Navarro, Dawer Aburto, Erick Garcia, etc, and Service Reps Colleagues.
Definitely, these quality experiences at Foundever have been providing me a fascinating & amusing way to build up my career within the company. I was a member of Atlantic Revolution, a football team during the company tournament during 2022. I belong to the SEEDS Program Wave 1 2023. I am a Top Performer in my campaign. In addition to this, I have been honored with the Excellence Club Q1 2024 & active member of the YOU DEI LATAM Committee. Definitely, my experience & memories have been flawlessly good & memorable.
