Hi,

I’m Joshua Christian Lagasca, but you can call me “Josh.” I started working at Foundever two years ago. It’s been quite a journey working here at one of the most well-known BPO companies in our country.

I started working here as a Technical/Customer Service Support for almost a year. Then, I took a chance and applied for a support role within our account. Luckily, I passed all the necessary requirements, and I was qualified for the position. Thank God I got promoted! I worked as a Subject Matter Expert on the account for a year. Recently, I was nominated to be part of the “Next Level Help” Support team, and I am proud to say that I am one of them now.

My happiest moments here have been when the account appreciates all of my efforts by recognizing my achievements during events like “Rewards and Recognition.” Additionally, I cherish the moments when my mentor and coach encourage us to set goals, strive to do our best, and always dream of excelling in the careers we have chosen.

The most influential person for me here is my mentor and coach, Coach Irene Arpon. She never stops believing in my potential and has consistently taught me to be the best I can be in my current position and career.

I describe my #FoundeverLife as a roller coaster ride of fun. It is not easy, but as you go along, you can learn a lot. The company makes an impact by helping its employees grow and encouraging them to learn and achieve their goals in this industry. The little moments that I appreciate the most are when they provide incentives for reaching certain goals and when we have a non-toxic account or work environment. My message to the company is to continue helping your employees grow.
