Being collaborative is defined to be mostly a feminine characteristic. I love being a woman of Foundever because this organization strongly believes in the power of collaboration and working together in order to achieve and attain a common goal.

I choose to always believe that gender equality does not imply that women and men are the same. This means that everyone has equal value, equally treated and have the same access to all opportunities whatever their differences are.
