“Hi, my name is Lisa Fraser. I have been fortunate to be a part of several acquisition changes during my almost 6 years of employment. Firstly, my journey started with Alpine Access, which later became Sykes, Inc. Shortly after I was hired, Sykes, Inc. was acquired by Sitel and then by Foundever. Throughout these transitions, I have continued to move forward on my journey. I initially started on one program and later transferred to another. At that time, I was fortunate to be selected for a Foundever Program, which allowed me to float and train for a variety of programs that required our skills. When this program ended, I found my current position on a new program, where I have been for approximately 3 years.
With over 20 years of experience in customer service, I have honed my ability to navigate through different programs, focusing on the customers’ needs and building positive interactions with them. I thrive on competition, and whenever a new metric is introduced, such as the Qualtrics metric, I enjoy leading the pack with the highest scores. I have been recognized for my achievements with certificates from our program leaders and team leader at each milestone, which has motivated me to strive for excellence. I believe in supporting our fellow associates who may be facing challenges and helping to motivate them to reach their full potential. To me, our team is not just a group of colleagues but a family. Like any family, we encounter obstacles along the way, but we learn to overcome them together.
I am grateful for the educational tuition reimbursement program that carried over from Sykes, Inc. to Foundever, as it has allowed me to pursue my Bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship. Currently in my 3rd year, I take pride in representing Foundever on the Dean’s List every semester, maintaining a GPA of 3.84.
Looking ahead, I am eager to pursue opportunities within the company to further my career with Foundever. I am committed to strengthening and upholding Foundever’s core values, while contributing innovative ideas that will support the company’s continued growth.
