Hello everyone, I’m “LA”. I ventured into the professional world with an engineering vocational degree in 2015 and started as an IT assistant for a local brand and a travel magazine. My BPO journey began as an agent in the pre-pandemic era. Despite the crisis leading to the dissolution of my first three campaigns, I persevered and landed in a client’s Project.

Initially seeking experience and personal time, I found a sense of belonging and joy at Foundever, a place of recognition and growth. The friendly and supportive nature of my colleagues, supervisors, and managers at Foundever has been a blessing. Unexpectedly, I ascended to the another team, a milestone I couldn’t have imagined.

This ascent was made possible by the invaluable guidance of my mentors. Immense thanks for the support—I’m motivated to continue inspiring and setting a positive example for others as we forge great memories at Foundever.
