When I first stepped into the bustling world of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, I was a fresh graduate with a heart full of dreams and an unquenchable thirst for independence. Coming from a conservative family, I knew that to carve my own path, I had to venture beyond my hometown. This led me to Cebu, where I began my career as a technical support agent with the hope of starting anew and gaining the autonomy I yearned for.

The initial years were filled with challenges that helped shape my skills. After five rewarding years in technical support, I was promoted to Quality Analyst, a pivotal moment that deepened my commitment to service excellence. Recognizing my potential, my supervisors encouraged my progression to Team Lead, where I learned the value of mentorship and collaboration.

Soon after, I transitioned to Quality Team Lead, crafting processes that enhanced customer experience. Within just six months, I was thrilled to be promoted to Operations Manager. This role has allowed me to leverage my expertise to drive strategic improvements across our operations.

As I look to the future, I am excited about the innovations that lie ahead in our field and remain committed to driving excellence in every endeavor I undertake. At Foundever, I aim to inspire others to pursue their dreams, just as I bravely stepped out of my comfort zone to pursue mine.
