Hello Everyone! My name is Marcelo Torres and I have been working in Foundever for 1 year and 11 months… Almost 2 years now!
It all started when I was 18 years old, I was looking for new experiences and what a better place to start than this awesome company? During my time here I have been able to grow professionally and personally, Foundever gave me the chance to broadcast my talents, meet wonderful people and gave me a place to belong.
What I love the most about Foundever is that no matter your age, gender, religion or anything else you will be accepted and respected and you are free to be yourself. After almost 2 years I can say that I have been able to Learn, Lead and Grow and I’m planning to go even further.
As a Max Insider I want to share this beautiful culture with everyone in the company and all of those who want to be a part of Foundever, I believe in the power of positivism and I believe we can make a positive impact in people’s lives if we are kind to one another. I want to Build Trust in all of those around me and create a safe environment full of respect, love, appreciation and kindness.
