My name is Cath, and I’ve had the privilege of being part of the ONE Foundever family for the past eight months. The project I work has not only supported my personal journey but also provided resources to further my career development.

As a mother of two for over 25 years, my life has been filled with challenges and blessings in equal measure. My oldest child is already in the workforce, while my youngest is midway through college. With them becoming more independent, I’m thrilled to have returned to the professional realm, and Foundever has provided a seamless transition.

Feedback from colleagues regarding my unique situation has been supportive and encouraging. I find it refreshing how Foundever advocates for diversity and equity for all its employees. As I aspire to join the Operations group, I am excited about the opportunity to learn, improve, and exceed expectations.

My association with Foundever has fostered a sense of self-worth and confidence. It is here that I can truly claim my empowerment.
