I’ve been working at Foundever since 2005 as an agent and I was promoted to TM in the same campaign two years after that. In 2010 I worked on the Continuous Improvement team and since 2013, have worked in different campaigns. I like listening to our clients, their needs and concerns and working with our agents to improve these sensations because every call is a challenge!
Today, I´m a Quality Manager for a campaign that is attended in Seville, Lisbon and Bogotá sites. A new chance and opportunity to keep growing.
