The Women of Foundever are confident, empowered and determined to achieve their goals. No matter what challenge is in front of them, they remain steadfast and perseverant while exuding beauty, grace and style. These characteristics are what make Women of Foundever admirable and what I love most about working with them.
In industries like tech that is predominantly governed by men, women’s technical knowledge and abilities may be seen as inferior. However, knowledge and skill can be learned and developed through training, mentoring, and constant immersion and application. Women can be equally successful in this space and others because of their drive to adapt and learn, coupled with their personal brand of communication and leadership skills.
