I’m Marianna, but everybody calls me Maya 🙂 Currently, I’m 25 years old and I live in Warsaw, Poland.
I joined Foundever in February 2019 and I didn’t apply to work at Foundever. One of my colleagues just e-mailed me and showed me the company, I had an interview with my current boss and that’s all 🙂
A particular challenge in my life? Two years ago, I was an HR intern at my University and at the same time, I was working at my previous employer in the HR department. I was working all the time (more or less 240 hours/month). Additionally, I was a final year master’s student and I was preparing my MA thesis. It was quite crazy; I had no time to have my private life. I finished my studies, I graduated, I completed my internship and I changed my job in 2018. It all took place at the same time 🙂
Overall I have more than four years of professional experience in the HR area. At Foundever in addition to recruitment, I’m also responsible for various projects, i.e., organizing Job Fairs, preparing marketing materials and now – being a MAX Insider 🙂
What’s my favorite thing about working at Foundever? Of course – FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE! 🙂 Thank you, Foundever, for letting me be a part of you! 🙂
