What do you love most about being a Woman of Foundever?
As a woman of Foundever, I play a big role in mentoring, developing and leading a diverse team. I am grateful to have had a chance to witness growth from the teams that I support.
What do you choose to do to make the world a more gender-equal place?
I choose to embody Foundever’s core value of Build Trust to make the world a more gender-equal place. Building trust equates to inclusivity. This promotes a bias-free workplace, mutual respect and enables everyone to excel regardless of gender.
