My name is Marisa, and I am a trainer for the Intuit project here at Porto-Foundever.
I have arrived in Porto from London-UK, after living there for 16 years, in February 2018 and I started working for Foundever(My first job in Portugal) as an agent/customer support in April 2018 for one of Intuit’s products – QuickBooks Self Employed. In October 2018 I was upgraded to being an agent/customer support for Intuit’s – QuickBooks Online for Small Businesses.
My growth journey took yet another turn within the project! January 2019 I started as one of Intuit’s Trainer, a completely new challenge, one that I did not think that I would ever have, but that it has proven to be an amazing experience so far.
I have nothing but great experiences to remember, the opportunity to meet new and amazing people from all over the world and working alongside them. The work atmosphere is so far the best that I have ever experienced in all of my 14 years of work experience.
Foundever has provided me with the best training experience EVER and the people that have followed my growth path has been nothing other than fantastic, every single one of them have given me so much and they believe in me and my work, which makes me super motivated to carry on doing a better job every day and overcome all the challenges with the best attitude.
