Hello! My name is Monica, I’m 27 years old and I’m currently studying my bachelor’s degree in psychology. I started working at Foundever in July of 2016. I’m currently working as a CSR, though I’ve had the opportunity of working in different areas within the company.
Foundever is a company that has given me the opportunity to grow professionally as well as personally. It’s a weird story about how I got to Foundever – it was because of a concert. Sure, it might sound weird, but it really was like that. During 2016 one of my favorite bands was coming to town and I didn’t have the money to buy the ticket. So when I saw the opportunity Foundever was offering, I took a chance. They hired me immediately. I was so excited due to two different reasons, the first was because I was going to be able to purchase my ticket and I would get to see my favorite band, and the second because this opportunity offered a challenge for me.
Throughout these past 3 and a half years, Foundever has given me the opportunity to explore different areas, acquire the necessary knowledge to keep on growing professionally, as well as given me the opportunity to perform multiple activities in my personal life due to the flexible hours. I can say without a doubt that coming to work at Foundever has been the best decision I could have taken, the working environment is great, and the company has a big sense of helping others.
