I started my career with Foundever in September of 2000. I was a single parent of two small children when I was fortunate enough to get my position with Foundever. I started out as an agent on the production floor when the Bartlesville site opened in 2000. I was soon able to advance my career to a coach position. I also went back to college while working full time at Foundever and raising my two children by myself. I received not only flexibility to finish my education while working, but support from our team in Bartlesville.
I launched our client ORHP in our Bartlesville site in 2004 with 20 agents. We grew and increased our team to peak at 130 agents each year based on performance. In April, we will celebrate 15 years with ORHP as a client. I was also able to continue to advance my career with Foundever from agent to coach to OM, and now Sr. OM. This year marks my 19th year with Foundever and I am proud to say that I work with amazing, supportive people who have helped me grow throughout my time here.
