Greetings! I’m Paulo Lacanlale, and I would like to share my BPO journey that started on August 22, 2022. I’ll be frank: it wasn’t easy for me as a newbie in the industry. My lack of confidence and knowledge in the processes made me struggle at first, but I didn’t let that dampen my spirits.
Fortunately, I found great colleagues who showed me the ropes and helped me realize that I was indeed on the right path. They taught me how to deal with different kinds of customers, how to listen to their concerns, and how to offer assistance to solve their problems. I gradually started to trust my capabilities and knew that I could do and give more.
My trust in myself eventually paid off as opportunities opened up before me. From being a newbie, I am now one of the mentors who assist fellow newcomers in improving their craft and providing the best customer service experience.
As I look forward to my journey with Foundever, I’m excited to continue learning more about the BPO industry and honing my skills even further.
