My name is Rene Gonzalez Moya, I’m 31 years old and I got to Foundever in July of 2009. Being my first call center, step by step, I started adapting to the working style and since day 1, I was hooked on customer service. A short time after getting here, I made the decision that I would like to grow within the company and build a career. That’s how I started to get more involved in the processes and after going through a couple of different areas and gaining more experience, I was considered to be a mentor for OCP. And as they say, the rest is history.
I’ve been able to grow within the organization as a Team Leader, a Change Agent, responsible for the Quality team as a coordinator, and most recently, I’ve gotten the change to start my process of OMGP. I’m currently in Foundever Mexico, performing different activities.
