My Foundever Journey Began in 2019: From Radio Waves to Global Voice Connections. Every journey has a starting point, and mine began at ONE Foundever TLC. Transitioning from manipulating radio signals as a Sr. Technician to the world of BPOs, I now lend my voice to global communications and customer service.
Before joining my Project, I gained experience on another account. Adapting to the BPO environment as a non-native English speaker was challenging, but my determination to support my family drove me forward. My persistence was rewarded with recognition, leading to greater responsibilities and my inclusion in the esteemed DART family.
Yet, this is not the final chapter of my narrative. The horizon stretches infinitely, holding promise and possibility. As my story continues, I eagerly embrace the challenges and opportunities ahead, both for myself and the remarkable team I am proud to be part of. This is my journey within ONE Foundever.
