Foundever is my 1st job experience, I started in April 2016, as customer representative I was able to develop many skills and met a lot good friends, Foundever is a great place to make a great career and where your effort is always recognized, everyone is able to grow as we got a lot of opportunity, job stability and continues feedback that make our job better and easier and help to enhance our skill, I love the fact that we work as a team and help us each other, no matter what.
I became coach a year ago, I want to give back what I have received during my journey by helping others to grow within the company and becoming a max Insider I am pretty sure that I will do it. I will be focused on motivation and developing new people skills, create a team environment which will help to make associate’s life easier, make sure that out communicate is fluent with no obstacles to succeed and take actions on time. Trust, perseverance and communication helped me to grow within the company and I want to share this with new talents.
