Living the #FoundeverLife is all about being passionate about what we do. Without it, it will be pretty difficult to effectively drive any initiative within the workplace, let alone do anything with true joy and fulfillment.
Being a MAXpert has kept me on my toes. I always think, “How can I make our associate experience better? How can I help drive this change? How can I make this easier?” As part of the Leadership Team, I am already committed to fostering excellent associate experience, but being a MAXpert has helped magnify that mindset and carry it to fruition.
