Starting out as an agent at Foundever, I quickly immersed myself in understanding customer needs and refining my skills. Within just a year, my dedication and hard work were recognized, and I was promoted to a mentor role, which allowed me to guide and inspire my teammates on the floor.

Four years into my journey, Foundever recognized my potential and passion for knowledge sharing, leading to my promotion as a Learning Specialist. In this new role, I was entrusted with shaping the skills and growth of incoming agents, helping them navigate their careers with confidence.

One of the highlights of my career has been the opportunity to travel to India four times to train teams in Foundever Mumbai. This experience broadened my understanding of diverse work cultures and enriched my approach to training by incorporating a global perspective. Each visit to Mumbai was a chance to share best practices, foster teamwork, and strengthen connections within the Foundever family.

Reflecting on my journey, I’m grateful for the opportunities Foundever has provided, allowing me to grow from an agent into a Learning Specialist who can contribute to the growth and success of others. My story is a testament to the power of hard work, continuous learning, and the incredible support system at Foundever that helps employees reach their potential.
