Sienna Ocampo

I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, eager to start my career and make a meaningful impact. Little did I know that my journey with Foundever would span nearly 18 years and lead me through a transformative professional landscape.

I started my career in 2007 as a customer service representative, supporting one of the biggest travel accounts in the company. During my first nine years, I gained invaluable experience and developed a strong foundation in customer engagement and service excellence.

In 2008, I took on the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME), where I had the rewarding opportunity to mentor my very first team. Guiding my colleagues and sharing my insights solidified my passion for leadership. My hard work and dedication led to my promotion to team leader in 2009, and in 2015, I was honored to be awarded Top Team Lead of the Year.

By 2017, I was promoted to Account Supervisor and tapped to join the Technical Education program, which opened doors for me to lead a groundbreaking project within my business unit—the Super Agents initiative. This unique project was not only successful in its implementation but also resulted in significant cost efficiencies, paving the way for my promotion to Operations Manager in 2018.

The year 2020 brought unprecedented challenges as the pandemic changed the landscape of our work. I had the opportunity to contribute to the implementation and launch of the first and largest work-from-home Food Delivery campaign. For my efforts during this critical period, I was honored with the Service Excellence Award.

In 2022, I took on the role of Senior Operations Manager, returning to support the travel account where my journey began while also transitioning back to food delivery services after more than a year. This experience has enriched my understanding of our operations, reaffirming my adaptability and commitment to excellence.

My path has not always been smooth; I’ve faced setbacks and failures along the way. However, these experiences have been critical to my growth, teaching me the importance of resilience and the pursuit of continuous improvement.

As a leader, I embody a firm but fair approach, never hesitating to address areas for improvement. I believe in fostering an environment where agents can grow both personally and professionally. My door is always open for discussions about work-related issues and personal concerns. I strive to be a stronghold and core of my team, ensuring that everyone understands that one’s success is truly a collective achievement.

Reflecting on my journey, I am proud of the progress I’ve made and the impact I’ve been able to create within the organization. I look forward to the future, eager to continue supporting and empowering my team while contributing to Foundever ongoing success.
