Simeon Doliano

Hi, my name is Simon. I was promoted to Coach Track Trainee in April 2023. I am very happy to be part of the Leadership Team, where I can share my knowledge and expertise. My previous role as a Quality Analyst helped me invest in and upskill myself on products and processes. I am grateful for the chance for growth, despite not completing my college education.

I am very thankful to Foundever, as my mentors and leaders provided guidance and gave me opportunities for career advancement. I have also purchased an entertainment showcase that I was able to send to my parents in Rizal Kalinga.

My advice to my fellow employees is that all you need is discipline at work. Show up to work and always work with integrity. This will be your key to success.
