Tarane (Taz) Williams

My name is Tarane Williams, better known as Taz.

I began my journey with Foundever on June 19, 2023, when the South African site officially launched — and I was proud to join as the first Team Leader. Starting out with a new branch of such a well-respected company was both thrilling and daunting. It was a chance to prove why I was chosen for this incredible venture and an opportunity to sharpen my existing skills while developing new ones.

Since joining Foundever, I’ve experienced tremendous growth — both personally and professionally. Thanks to the unwavering support of my Operations Managers, Gideon Abbott, Stella Hadi, and Hayden Bachmann, I progressed from Team Manager to SME Manager, then went on to lead my own Complaints Department, and ultimately stepped into the role of Senior Manager.

This journey has shown me that with hard work, determination, and the right support system, anything is possible.

What I’m most proud of, though, is not just my own progression — it’s the success of the agents I’ve mentored. Watching them grow within the business and supporting their development, just as I was supported, has been the most rewarding part of my role.

As I move forward into new opportunities, I remain committed to growing, learning, and inspiring those around me to reach their full potential and achieve the goals they set for themselves.
