About eight years ago, I applied to Foundever, my first attempt in the call center industry. At that time, I preferred another offer, mainly because of the speed of their response.
Then, three years passed, during which I felt like Passepartout in “Around the World in 80 Days,” but without finding the real Phileas Fogg.
At the end of October 2020, I came across a new job offer at Foundever, and this time I was finally hired, starting January 21, 2021. I started with the French project of a video game brand client, and I remember the first few weeks being really tough.
That’s when the wisdom and kindness of managers and colleagues came into play. I remember with great affection Laura Balaj, Alina Mesesan, Ana Maria Fufezan, Roxana Gordea, Melinda Paraci, and so many others that I unfortunately do not have the space to mention.
Finally, my Francophone adventure had to come to an end. So last November, I crossed the English Channel, and here I am, working for a banking client, where the vibe is also incredible.
At this point, I’m wondering if I’ve finally found my Phileas Fogg. What do you think?
